Throughout his career, Denis Feldman has been on the leading edge of paradigm shifts, the information and technology revolution, and business trends as a business owner, commercial real estate professional and entrepreneur. He now applies those wide experiences to benefit his clients as a business consultant and "mastermind facilitator" for project development.
Denis started his first business at age 24, applying his skills as a textile industry entrepreneur. Drawing from his degree in International Business and Economics, he was soon doing business with textile mills in the U.S., China, Japan, Hong Kong, Europe and Latin America.
By the mid-1980's, Denis saw the next unique opportunity for his career as a commercial real estate broker operating from his home "turf" of Long Island. He spent the next 17 years as a leading commercial broker, participating in excess of $300 million in transactions, while giving back to his community as a board member for numerous not-for-profit organizations.
Throughout the 1990's, as the information and technology revolution was transforming business models, Denis once again found himself on the leading edge of change. He immersed himself in interactive "social networking," using behavioral databases and nascent technologies to help solve the challenge of client acquisition for him, the business community, and later for his clients. As a business consultant, he discovered new methods to assist his clients with business development, lead generation, incremental sales growth and other marketing challenges.
With the emergence of "green technology" in the 2000's, Denis realized an opportunity to apply all of his expertise into a logical extension of a new business model. He amassed in-depth knowledge of the technology behind energy-efficient workplaces and the new investment opportunities they represent. When combined with his experience as an entrepreneur and business owner, and his talents as a financial tactician, he developed a holistic vision for a unique new value proposition: utilizing sustainable development to transform businesses and deliver significant financial benefits to their owners.
